| This company does not mail all the paperwork out to tell you what is covered and what is not. So
therefore they leave you with high bills to pay on top of paying them for their services. |

The first thing a customer service agent shouldn't say is, "You know we don't cover pre-existing conditions."
It makes the customer feel like the only thing you're concerned about is money and makes them feel stupid
because it is listed everywhere on your site. I guess there's nothing wrong with mentioning it, just a little
more tact would be nice.

I kept googling insurances and Chesapeake kept coming up as the #1 insurance to choose. It was easy to
navigate through and to sign up for, and the price was right. I liked the fact that I was given a lot of
choices of level of insurance. Thank You!

| I have not yet had much contact with Customer Service staff, so cannot say. But I was pleased to find
this plan. It certainly seems the best possible deal (in terms of deductible and maximum-out-of-pocket) for
the overall price, being what it is - non-comprehensive coverage. |
